Join us to Play, Grow and Win – together.ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Lead UI / UX Designer leads the discipline pod and owns interface quality, usability standards, and player experience across multiple projects and genres.
This role combines hands‐on design leadership with mentorship, quality oversight, and cross‐discipline collaboration.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a pod of UI/UX designers across projectsDefine and maintain UI/UX standards, workflows, and best practicesReview and approve UI/UX designs for quality and usabilityCollaborate with other department leadsCommunicate UI/UX intent clearly to internal teams and clientsEnsure accessibility, readability, and scalability across projectsMaintain high‐quality documentation and handoff processesQualificationsExperience leading or mentoring UI/UX designersDeep understanding of game UI/UX across multiple genresStrong communication, organization,
