RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BEPerform reconciliation and review of assigned Balance Sheet accounts, including trade accruals, rebates, and operational balances.Ensure timely identification and resolution of discrepancies.Validate accruals and provisions linked to Commercial and Supply activities.Support month-end close, ensuring alignment between P&L; and Balance Sheet.Ensure consistency and transparency of Balance Sheet accounts across the affiliate.Strengthen Commercial GovernanceReview and validate discounts, rebates, and promotional accrualsEnsure commercial activities are accurately recorded in SAP and aligned with approved conditionsMonitor proper cut-off and recognition of trade spend between P&L; and Balance SheetIdentify risks in promotional execution and escalates deviationsSupport governance of trade spend and pricing execution processesSupport Supply Finance & OperationsSupport controlling activities related to manufacturing operations (2 plants), ensuring proper financial reflection in the Balance SheetReview selected Balance Sheet accounts related to Supply activities (inventory, provisions, accruals)Act as a liaison with Supply Finance / Plant Controlling teams to ensure alignment between financial data and operational driversProvide independent review and challenge on key variances impacting the Balance SheetEnsure Internal Controls & Audit ComplianceEnsure compliance with SOX controls and corporate accounting policiesSupport internal and external audits for the Mexican affiliatePrepare documentation, respond to audit requests, and track action plansEnsure consistency between commercial agreements, execution, and accounting treatmentMEASURE OF SUCCESSAccuracy and integrity of Balance Sheet accountsTimely and reliable month-end closeStrong compliance with internal controls and SOX requirementsSKILLS2–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting,
or Controlling.Strong accounting and analytical skills.Experience in Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliation.Exposure to Trade Spend / commercial finance (preferred).
SAP knowledge required.Advanced Excel skills.Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking approach.Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.Bachelors or master's qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration.Language: Spanish.
