**Requirements**:
- AA or BA in marketing is highly preferred
- Meta Certified
- 2 to 5 years of paid ads experience
- Professional/bilingual English level is a must
**What will you do?

- English Speaking SkillsA minimum of 2 years of direct Meta experience with tangible results
- at a digital agency is preferred.
- Manage the setup, adjustments, monitoring, and reporting for digital marketing and advertising campaigns




- Experience and Knowledge in improving Click-Through Rates and Costs Per Click
- Excellent at writing ad copy
- Advising our team of developers and designers on building landing pages, web pages, etc., that convert
- Create/add/manage Meta ads and large budgets on a daily basis
- Knows the ins and outs of Meta.
- Advanced knowledge of utilizing pixels.
- Advanced knowledge of retargeting ads
- Keyword research experience with SEO understanding
- Track/report on conversion
- Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
