**Responsibilities**:
- Handle insurance benefit verification process (phone calls and online)
- Write medical necessity using established forms and procedures
- Handle prior-authorization process for office procedures
- Handle insurance calls
- **Managing Patient Referrals, Process Referrals**: Receive, review, and process referrals
- Coordinate with patients primary care provider & Verify Referral Approval
**Requirements**:
- **_Must be fluent in English _**:
- Previous experience with medical insurance, e.g., benefit verification, prior authorization
- Familiarity with medical terminology through education or relevant work experience
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Immaculate attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills
