Advanced Quality Planning Specialist

We are currently in search of a Advanced Quality Planning Specialist to join our Quality Management department of the Marquardt Group in our location Irapuato (Mexico).

Responsibilities

- Perform Advanced Quality Planning; including prototype build plans, prototype control plans, and final Inspection of prototypes.
- Create PPAP documentation on time and lead the APQP process with customers.
- Secure the set-up, creation, tracking and update of D-FMEA and P-FMEA on time and with the necessary maturity level
- Create the Quality Test Plan (QTP) of the product for DV&PV;, create DVP&R; and obtain customer approvals for validation.

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years of related experience in new product launch within the automotive industry.




- Experience in using common advanced quality planning tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, etc.).
- Experience in product development of mechatronics devices, entry authorization systems and power energy solutions for vehicles.
- Experience with Design and Process (DV and PV) validation of electrical components is a must.
