Sobre nuestro cliente An international company in the industrial and manufacturing sector located in Tijuana. Descripción - Lead all manufacturing activities within an Autonomous Production Unit, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.

- Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on improving OEE, labor efficiency, throughput, scrap reduction, and overall plant performance.
- Promote a strong safety environment and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies to improve processes and reduce operational costs.
- Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to address production and quality challenges.
- Manage departmental budgets, labor utilization, productivity metrics, and operational expenses.
- Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors, team leaders, and production personnel.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives by ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance, and successful audit performance.
- Identify and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.





Perfil buscado Non-Negotiable Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in roles such as APU Manager, Business Unit Manager, Senior Production Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications - Strong experience managing high-volume manufacturing operations and driving performance through KPIs.

- Proven track record implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and productivity metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and change management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency preferred.
