RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate various assistance services by contacting providers to dispatch service to customers, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Work hours 8:00 - 18:00 hours)
- High school diploma completed
- Conversacional english
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
