Wisconsin Steel Buildings is a Midwest steel building dealership helping homeowners, farmers, businesses, and commercial customers design custom steel buildings across the United States. About the Role

As Customer Success Coordinator, you'll own the customer experience after an order is placed — the primary point of contact between customers, manufacturers, and our internal team as projects move from production through installation and beyond. This role blends customer service, project coordination, CRM management, manufacturer communication, and post-installation follow-up. Your work turns satisfied customers into repeat customers, referral partners, and brand ambassadors. What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after order submission

Respond to customer calls, emails, and texts about existing orders

Coordinate with manufacturers on production, installation, and warranty updates

Follow up on delayed orders and unresolved concerns until resolved





Conduct post-installation follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records in our CRM

Identify referral and future sales opportunities for the sales team

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Able to manage multiple projects and follow up consistently

Positive, professional, customer-first attitude

Strong problem-solving skills

Comfortable coordinating across customers, manufacturers, and internal teams

CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)

Prior experience in customer success, customer service, project coordination, operations, or account management preferred
