Role Description The Fisioterapeuta will provide direct patient care, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, with a strong emphasis on back pain management. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical evaluations, designing individualized rehabilitation plans, supervising therapeutic exercises, and educating patients on injury prevention and home care routines. The role also involves documenting patient progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for all clients.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions.

Experience in Rehabilitation, including exercise prescription and recovery planning for back and spine-related issues.

Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and building trust.

Ability to guide and support Home Care programs, including patient education on self-management and prevention strategies.

Relevant professional degree in Physical Therapy or related field, with valid local certifications or licenses.

Previous clinical experience in outpatient, musculoskeletal, or orthopedic settings is highly beneficial.

Capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a full-time patient schedule.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and using basic health record systems.
