Job Responsibilities Handles customer inquiries and requests through email and phone in a timely and professional manner
Provides accurate information regarding products, services, billing, orders, or account concerns
Handles client inquiries via email and phone regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery schedules
Coordinates with operations, warehouse, trucking, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment updates
Updates shipment records in the logistics system and ensures data accuracy
