Responsibilities

- Manage multiple complex, large-scale projects simultaneously across company-wide, cross-functional, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee one or more project portfolios by prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and driving work to support business objectives and improve efficiency.
- Lead project teams through effective planning, coordination, and execution to deliver quality results within established timelines.
- Define project tasks, document requirements and status updates, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with customers, sellers, and internal teams to support successful project delivery and a positive customer experience.
- Identify resources and priorities for strategic accounts, engage directly with customers, and coordinate with multiple departments during implementation.
- Resolve issues proactively, manage escalations independently, and maintain detailed documentation to prevent risks and ensure smooth execution.
- Analyze account and project data, and prepare reports and dashboards to track performance, ensure data quality,



and support management review.

Requirements

- Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience managing complex business projects.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and motivate team members.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, and basic formulas for data analysis.
- Skilled in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure effective execution.
- Experience in planning, implementing, and managing change initiatives.
- Fully bilingual: must speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English.
