We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing motorcoach company. This role is responsible for following up on inbound leads and existing quotes, gathering feedback on open quotes, and converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.

The adecuado candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to booking.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities

- Lead / Quote Follow-Up & Conversion
- Follow up on existing quotes at pre-determined times
- Engage prospects to understand trip details, needs, and decision timelines
- Convert qualified leads into booked reservations

- Customer Relationship Management

- Build rapport with schools, corporate clients, tour groups, and private customers
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service

- Objection Handling & Closing

- Address customer questions regarding pricing, availability, and safety
- Reinforce company value propositions (safety record,



reliability, service quality)
- Proactively close sales and secure deposits

- Lead Management & CRM Tracking

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes
- Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks

- Feedback Collection & Continuous Improvement

- Gather feedback from lost or inactive leads
- Identify trends in objections or lost business
- Provide insights to management to improve pricing, service, and sales strategy

- Metrics and Performance Tracking

- Conversion rates
- Contact rate
- Quote to Reservation
- Quote to Re-Quote
- Follow-up completion rate
- Customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications

- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Outbound calls made on time
