We are looking for an experienced Control Engineer with strong expertise in Allen-Bradley Logix PLC programming and Amazon/Dematic automation systems . The adecuado candidate will support PLC commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and control panel validation for automated material handling systems.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of Allen-Bradley Logix PLC programming experience.
- 4+ years of Amazon or Dematic project experience.
- Strong knowledge of EtherNet/IP and industrial networking.
- Ability to read P&IDs;, electrical drawings, and logic diagrams.
- Experience with PLC commissioning, I/O checks, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, drives, and control panels.
- Strong documentation, technical writing,



and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop PLC design sheets, network topology diagrams, and test plans.
- Configure control devices and perform commissioning/testing.
- Troubleshoot PLC, electrical, and network communication issues.
- Execute and manage punch lists and commissioning checklists.
- Perform system-level testing and document results.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and testing documentation.
