Portfolio Leader – Clinical Trial Division (CTD)

100% Remote – Mexico Role Summary

Lead a portfolio of clinical trial programmes, digital products, and operational initiatives to ensure delivery of business outcomes, financial performance, customer satisfaction, innovation adoption, and strategic growth across the clinical development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute the portfolio strategy aligned with CTD business objectives.

Drive portfolio prioritisation, investment decisions, and roadmap management.

Identify opportunities to enhance clinical trial efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.

Champion digital transformation, AI, automation, and data-driven decision making across programmes. Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as a senior escalation point for sponsors, executive stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Build trusted relationships with customers and internal leadership.

Lead governance forums, steering committees, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.

Ensure stakeholder alignment on priorities, risks, and outcomes.

Portfolio Delivery

Management

Oversee successful execution of multiple programmes and studies.

Ensure delivery against scope, timelines, quality, budget, and compliance objectives.





Monitor programme health, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Drive corrective actions for underperforming initiatives.

Financial

Accountability

Own portfolio P&L;, revenue growth, margins, forecasting, and cost optimisation.

Manage budgets, resource utilisation, and investment planning.

Identify expansion opportunities and support business development activities.
