Responsabilidades del Puesto

- Apoyar en la creación y actualización de materiales de capacitación, incluyendo presentaciones, manuales y guías.
- Colaborar en la logística y organización de sesiones de formación presenciales y virtuales.




- Asistir en la administración de plataformas de e-learning y seguimiento del progreso de los participantes.
- Participar en la evaluación de la efectividad de los programas de capacitación a través de encuestas y análisis de datos.
- Brindar soporte administrativo general al departamento de Capacitación.
- Investigar nuevas metodologías y herramientas de capacitación para mejorar nuestros programas.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para identificar necesidades de formación.

Cualificaciones del Puesto

- Estudiante activo/a de carreras afines a Recursos Humanos, Psicología Organizacional, Pedagogía, Comunicación o carreras administrativas.
- Dominio intermedio-avanzado de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
- Atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.
- Actitud proactiva, disposición para aprender y adaptarse a nuevos desafíos.
- Conocimientos básicos sobre plataformas de e-learning (deseable, no indispensable).
