ABOUT THE POSITION

Manage his manufacturing team according to the work in progress and general planning. Build the detailed schedule in accordance with general one’s in order to reach performance on daily basis. Manage SQCDA Level 1 and participate to level 2.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate the production teams according to the work in progress, planning,
- Generate and update the production line planning,
- Analyze and report to his responsible his production needs (resources and means) according to the production line planning,
- Generate, analyze and monitor the KPI production line,
- Generate , analyze and control people KPI (Absenteeism, Medical, Vacations, Turn Over)
- Animate the line production meeting,
- Define and follow up the actions necessary to reach the objectives given by his responsible,
- Ensure the security of his teams (guarantor of the respect of health and safety directives),
- Guarantee continuous manufacturing and quality improvement and Lean practice,
- Respect directives (lead time, quality and productivity target) given by his responsible.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Advanced English
- Confident with Excel
