Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role oversees and ensures the implementation of the company's quality management system across all operations.

The Quality

Director leads the development of quality assurance, quality control and food safety strategies, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with local and international quality standards and applicable laws. The purpose of this role is to maintain high product standards, minimize defects, and enhance customer satisfaction while supporting the company's overall growth and reputation.

Your Impact

As Quality Director your scope would consist of:

- Own and drive E2E Quality service delivery while providing E2E visibility of function agenda.
- Accountable for standardizing and optimizing processes centrally while assessing and addressing particularities from each site by:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to adhere to local and international standards.
- Leading continuous improvement efforts across the organization to enhance product quality and minimize defects.
- Conducting audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Establishing relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay updated on quality regulations and best practices.
- Managing the quality team across multiple locations to ensure consistent quality management across all facilities.




- Monitoring key performance indicators related to product quality, reporting progress to senior management, and making data-driven decisions.
- Driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring feedback is incorporated into quality improvement processes.
- Overseeing the design and delivery of quality training programs for staff at all levels.
- Managing the quality budget to ensure resources are effectively allocated for quality initiatives.
- Serving as the subject matter expert on quality management systems and processes.
- Stakehoder management, engagement and enablement -internal and external- to assure monitoring, awareness and holictic action plans to mitigate risks, compliance with laws applicable to people, company and coman, 3rd parties, etc.

- Transformational priorities:

- Create and Consolidate Central E2E Quality Capabilities with clear accountability, ownership, depth and breadth of knowledge management and expertise of core Quality to enable others within PMF: Foods Safety, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Raw Material.
- PMF Quality Center of Excellence to deliver central strategies, standardize and simplify process, unify programs, and enable, monitor and validate compliance.
- Consumer Experience & Enablement: Quality Data Analytics, internal and external, and Digital Journey lead.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Food Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- +10 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety and/or quality control managierial roles, with increased levels of responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of local and international quality standards (FDA, AIB, HACCP, FSCC22000, allergens, microbiology, foods safety, local and international applicable laws for massive food production and consuption; imports & exports,



among others (mandatory).
- Proven track record in leading quality improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional teams or sites.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving, decision-making, and assertive communication skills.
- Languages: Spanish and English proficiency.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Other competencies and proven results:
- Analytical
- Critical and systemic thinking.
- Advanced risk analysis and crisis management (mandatory).
- Making complex decisions with integrity.
- Leadership: Bringing others with you, collaborating and influencing, team management and development.
- Desirable: PMO, budget administration and financial knowledge (AOP, FCST, OpEx, cost avoidance, etc.).
