Radwell International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Engineer to join our growing team in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from MXN 25,000.00 to MXN 27,500.00. As a integral leader in the repair, distribution, and surplus of industrial automation and electronic components, Radwell International is committed to delivering high-quality solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. This role represents an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a strong foundation in electronics engineering within a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.
The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for supporting the testing, diagnosis, repair, and quality assurance of a wide variety of electronic and electromechanical components and assemblies. Working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will contribute to the evaluation and refurbishment of industrial automation equipment, including PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, power supplies, and other electronic control systems. The role demands a strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing electronic diagnostics and failure analysis on industrial components and assemblies; reading and interpreting electronic schematics,
wiring diagrams and technical documentation; conducting functional testing and quality inspections on repaired and refurbished equipment; documenting repair processes, test results and technical findings accurately and thoroughly; collaborating with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices; supporting the development and maintenance of test fixtures and equipment; ensuring compliance with safety standards and company quality protocols; communicating effectively with internal departments regarding repair status and technical findings; staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to industrial electronics; and assisting in the training and mentoring of junior technicians as needed.
