Your Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Services Manager responsible for leading Facilities, EHS, security, and plant infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations and full regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do

- Lead plant services and infrastructure (utilities) operations
- Implement EHS programs and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage security systems and asset protection initiatives
- Develop business continuity and emergency response plans
- Lead facility expansion and improvement projects
- Manage capital projects within scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure preventive maintenance strategies and asset reliability
- Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, RBA, and applicable regulations




- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in facilities or manufacturing services within the automotive and/or electronics industry
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of utilities and industrial systems
- Experience with EHS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
- Advanced English proficiency

- Knowledge of sustainability and energy management
