We're hiring: Senior Scrum Master

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a long-term technology modernization initiative within the insurance industry. You'll play a key role leading Agile practices for a large-scale enterprise project, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to deliver a new platform experience.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on large-scale projects
- Strong Sprint 0 experience
- Deep knowledge of Scrum principles and Agile best practices
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
- Servant leadership mindset with outstanding communication abilities
- Experience working with distributed/offshore teams

Nice to have





- Azure DevOps experience (strongly preferred)
- Insurance or reinsurance industry experience

What you'll do

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration
- Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement
- Coach Product Owners and development teams
- Promote Agile maturity across the team
- Track progress and ensure delivery alignment
- Support onboarding and Agile adoption
