The Senior IT Recruiter role is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading and executing end-to-end technical hiring processes. This role includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and engaging IT and technology talent, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers. The Senior IT Recruiter will use Klyver's ATS tools to maintain accurate pipelines, track candidate progress, and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.

Daily activities involve building strong talent networks, advising clients and internal teams on market trends, and ensuring an efficient, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience. In addition to recruiting duties,



the role includes prospecting and generating sales leads to support business development efforts — identifying potential client companies with open technical roles, researching decision-makers, and passing qualified leads to the sales/growth team. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, data-driven decision making, and best practices in technical recruitment across LATAM and other regions as needed.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including managing requisitions from intake to offer and onboarding.
- Strong background in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with experience filling a variety of software, infrastructure, and data roles.
- Proven ability in Recruiting and Hiring, including candidate assessment, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools, ideally with familiarity or interest in Klyver and modern recruitment technology.
- Solid understanding of the LATAM and AMER tech talent market, salary benchmarks, and multi-country hiring considerations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, hiring managers, and candidates in a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple requisitions, and use data to improve recruiting performance and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English are highly beneficial for working with regional and international stakeholders.
