Automation Tester Work Location (Offices): Cd. México - Polanco: Boulevard Manuel Ávila Camacho y esquina con Ejército Nacional

Hybrid scheme (3 days at the office) Quality Engineer – Automation Coordination : General description Participates in Quality Assurance of deliverables by defining and executing Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression and E2E Testing as required

Develops test automation strategy for the team’s application portfolio, to leverage DevOps best practices and available tools

Plans and coordinates team´s activities to ensure test automation plans and execution meet targets

Defines routines to identify test cases that should or should not be automated for each release

Defines process to refine regression test suite to keep updated and efficient and follows up on activities

Works side by side with development and business partners to determine optimal test coverage to ensure high quality software is delivered to our customers

Creates and executes automated testing as needed

Works closely with onshore and offshore team members to ensure completion of deliverables.

Required Skills (Must have these skills to be qualified):



Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment

Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with development team, integral teams, and other partners

Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies, experience performing Functional, Integration, Regression and E2E testing

Experience working under Agile framework and tools

Ability to own, drive and deliver on functions and collaborate on multiple projects

Ability to research and analyze product features being tested to identify potential issues

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work under tight schedule

Ability to plan and coordinate team activities

English is a must - Tester will interact daily with teams in the US and India

Working experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, cucumber and Java.

Experience with Test Management tools like HP-ALM QC/Qtest, and Defect Management Process
