Specific tasks may vary according to area of responsibility.

Disciplinary Management

Performs workforce planning, creates / supports the budget planning.

Initiates hiring processes, selects applicants, and initiates working contracts.

Decides on promotions and negotiates / agrees on other contractual changes with employees.

Reacts on misbehaviour of employees with (written) warnings and consults with Human Resources on legal actions including terminations. Is responsible for the management time & attendance of employees.

Establishes performance reviews and conversations and decides on training measures.

Carries out salary and bonus planning. Work Experience 3-5 years of professional experience in related area.
