Role Overview

- We are looking for a UX Researcher to lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives that inform product decisions and reduce design/development rework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user interviews,



surveys, and usability studies.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to embed research into the product lifecycle.
- Build and maintain research repositories and personas.
- Present findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX research.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience with usability testing and behavioral analytics.
- Excellent synthesis, writing, and presentation skills.

- Figma (for prototype testing).
