Windows L3 Support Engineer (O365, Exchange & Teams) Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico

Work Model: Hybrid (currently) with future transition to office-based work

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

On-Call Support: Required, including availability coverage as needed About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Windows L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and collaboration tools. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring enterprise collaboration platforms, providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues,



and ensuring high availability of critical communication services used across the organization.

This position requires a proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to support business-critical environments.

Technical

Skills

Strong experience supporting Windows Server environments.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365) administration and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Teams.

Experience managing enterprise collaboration and communication platforms.

Advanced troubleshooting skills for messaging, conferencing, and productivity services.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

Experience with monitoring tools and availability management. What we offer:
