Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our talented team. The adecuado individual will be a strong communicator, collaborative team player, and possess a solid foundation in both estimating and construction cost management.

Responsibilities:

- Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design.
- Supporting client land acquisitions.
- Delivering and presenting updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
- Reviewing proposed design changes and new technologies and preparing estimates within appropriate accuracy levels.
- Understanding design stages and estimate levels.
- Providing commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering exercises.
- Preparing cash commit forecasts for the construction lifecycle.




- Working collaboratively with stakeholders in the preparation of estimates and cost plans.
- Analyzing labor markets and cost drivers such as unions and taxes.
- Supporting clients with monthly cost reporting and presentations.
- Delivering Life Cycle Costing models.
- Benchmarking integration to ensure accurate data capture.
- Managing and monitoring project costs throughout the project lifecycle, including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, change management, and cost reporting.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role and must be adhered to where applicable.
