Financial Intelligence Analyst (Entry Level)Data‑Driven Storyteller Insight Creator Analytical Explorer

Role OverviewThe Financial Intelligence Analyst will transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision‑making. This entry‑level role blends

analytical rigor with creative interpretation , requiring someone who can read numbers, detect patterns, build models, and communicate findings through compelling narratives and visual reporting.

The adecuado candidate is curious, adaptable, and excited to explore data using modern analytical tools, coding languages, and visualization platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging patterns.

Build clear, insightful reports and dashboards that communicate complex information in a simple, engaging way.

Develop predictive models and machine learning prototypes to support forecasting and risk analysis.

Use coding languages (Python, R, SQL, VBA) to automate processes, clean data, and enhance analytical workflows.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Create data stories that highlight opportunities, risks, and strategic insights for leadership.

Maintain and improve reporting tools, templates, and automated pipelines.





Support ad‑hoc analysis and special projects requiring creativity and analytical depth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.

Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret numbers beyond the surface level.

Ability to craft narratives from data — storytelling, insight framing, and trend explanation.

Proficiency in

Excel

(advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).

Working knowledge of

Python ,

R ,

SQL , and/or

VBA

for data manipulation and automation.

Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive approach to exploring data.

Strong communication skills — written, visual, and verbal.

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with

Power BI ,

Qlik , Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

Exposure to machine learning concepts (classification, clustering, regression, feature engineering).

Familiarity with financial modeling or risk analytics.

Ability to design clean, intuitive dashboards and visualizations.
