Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare operating rooms before surgery: cleaning, equipment check, instrument sterilization, and patient verification.

2. Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations, provide instruments, and maintain sterile conditions.

3. Monitor patient status during surgery and complete accurate surgical records.

4. Organize operating rooms after surgery: clean, disinfect, and store instruments properly.

5. Support postoperative patient care and handover to ward staff.

6. Strictly follow infection control and surgical safety protocols.

7. Complete other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid nursing license required.

2. Experience in operating room nursing is highly preferred.

3. Familiar with sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and OR workflow.

4. Fluent in English for communication with international patients and teams.

5. Responsible, focused, quick-responding, with strong teamwork ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
