We are a pest control company based in Dallas, Texas and are growing rapidly. We are looking for a passionate, intelligent team member who can support our customer service team. This role is fully remote (work-from-home).
This position is for a inside sales and customer service representative who will do the following:
- Respond to inbound sales requests and sell them pest control contracts
- Accomplish tasks such as rescheduling customer appointments, manage pest control subscriptions, and ensure payments are collected
- Resolve customers' concerns
- Work Monday through Friday 8 hours per day and 6 hours on a rotational basis on Saturday
Minimum qualifications:
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) and Spanish
- Stable and high speed internet connection
- Quiet place to work




- Computer and headset that can reliably handle running multiple programs
- Experience and expertise in inbound sales
- Ability to learn new computer systems, processes, and programs
- Ability to learn all about pest control
- Strong customer service orientation and sales ability

Compensation
- Monthly salary, paid every two weeks
- Sales commissions
- Bonuses paid for customer retention saves
Pay: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
