**Business Data Migration Expert - Operations**:
Mexico
**About the role**
Location: Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid
As the Business Data Migration expert - Operations, you will ensure data is delivered according to global/deployment/country requirements and timelines and is aligned to business processes in Operations area. You will be responsible for data migration activities related to Operations data in a deployment (above-country). You will act as the functional point of contact for data migration on the assigned data objects. Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on time
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure Operations data cleansing tasks are completed on time
- Work together with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings
- Build and maintain master lists if applicable for assigned objects
- Provide business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the legacy system(s) for assigned data objects
- Ensure Operations data readiness & verify quality throughout data journey for assigned data objects
- Verify that data is fit for purpose (incl. alignment with internal/external stakeholders)
- Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target clients where applicable for assigned objects
- Execution and approval of data verification scripts

**Role Requirements**
- Proven understanding about the business processes in Operations area (materials, inventory, batches)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, good stakeholder management
- 7+ years in country & general roles
- Proficient English (additional languages preferred)
- Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues)
- Strong Excel Skills
- ERP project implementation experience preferred
- Data Migration experience preferred
