**Business Associate**
**Salary**: $2,000 - $2,500 USD Monthly

As an Impact Associate, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth operational execution of impact tracking & reporting for the programs at the Foundation in Latin America (incl. Mexico, Chile & Peru). You will also play a pivotal role in incorporating learnings into our products and program, thereby enhancing, and expanding the influence of our work.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Excellence & Data Management**
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of frameworks for tracking and monitoring key process indicators of the different programs
- Support the development of the Foundation programs data and learning strategy, including maintaining and updating data dashboards
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, working closely with the data management team.
- Facilitate easy access to data for the WF programs, ensuring teams can derive insights and understand progress
**Support in Strategy Execution**
- Collaborate with the Impact team to ensure data is collected, managed, and stored efficiently.
- Work alongside the Program teams in developing short




- and long-term impact measurement plans.
- Contribute to team-level reflection, learning processes, and data-driven insights to illustrate program progress and impact.
- Ensure the WF program's data is well-documented and available for organizational reporting and discussions.
**Skills & Experience**
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting, startup, social enterprise, or a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability in data management, analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
- Strong operational focus, ensuring tasks are completed timely and accurately
- Comfort with technology, software, and data-driven tools
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Team-player with an orientation towards "Quality at Scale
- Good problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks
**Additional Desirable Skills**
- Prior experience of working with startups, skilling or livelihoods space
- Experience working in diverse teams and cross-cultural environments.
