At Sequoia Connect, we provide IT Services & Technical recruiting services to integral companies and we are looking for a full-scale recruiter to help continue with this growth. The People Operations Team is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help support the growth of our client's Engineering and Admin teams.
This position is responsible for front cycle recruiting and staffing needs for all technical roles.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for recruiting for all Technical roles for Mexico and USA.
- Thinking outside of the box to find talent at every opportunity
- Developing sourcing strategies along with the HR Manager
- Tailoring and posting job listings for open positions
- guiding them through the hiring process
- Utilize applicant tracking system
- keep learning new technologies in A Rapidly Changing Technological World
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working in a start up and/or fast-paced environment
- 2-5 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions
- Technical recruiting background preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility




- Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Knowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools
- Strong teamwork and ability to welcome differences when working alongside others
- Strong knowledge of G-Suite suit including Docs, Sheets and Gmail
- High personal integrity
- Friendly and approachable
Availability:
- Willing to have a base salary and above the market commissions.
