**UX Writer**
**Primary Skills**:
- UX Writing, Content Designing, Writing for Accessibility, online publishing or Journalism
- Duration: 6+ months (possibility of extension)
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Write clear, concise user-interface text for products.**:
- **Articulate complex, technical concepts clearly and without jargon.**:
- Design longer-form content to improve internal resources, guidelines, and standards.
- Contribute to information architecture improvements to make the right content easier to find.
- **Consult on an ad hoc basis with cross-functional partners across the team, such as designers, product managers, and engineers.**:
- **Provide writing feedback and editorial suggestions on existing content.**
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- **3 years of relevant experience such as technical or marketing writing, product documentation,



or online publishing or journalism, preferably with experience delivering content on mobile.**:
- Experience working closely with design, engineering, research, and product management teams as part of the software development process.
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
- **Experience with writing for accessibility and/or people with disabilities.**:
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of UX writing style and/or Material Design.
- UX design and/or research experience.
