**Collections Specialist**

Scope: Full-time | Location: Mexico City
**Main responsibilities**:
- Follow up high value customers on regular basis or list provide by Team Lead.
update Credit workbench simultaneously and sharetrackers & dashboards.
- Facilitate scheduled calls with the Local finance team to discuss resolutions and make strategic business decisions, fostering productive cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintaining sales communication by promptly addressing customer issues and ensuring resolution.
- Utilize various dashboards extensively for clear communication within the organization or with external parties.
- Play an integral role in training new team members and providing guidance to analysts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of processes.
- Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect any changes or improvements in our operational practices.
What we need to see from you:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a must.
- +3 year of experience in the area of pure accounting, inter-company department.
- Experience in monthly accounting closings.
- Accounting records experience.
- English advanced.
**Nice to have**:
- FSSC experience
- Understanding of IFRS.
