- 2 years of experience in recruiting administrative and commercial profiles.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment sources and job boards.
- Competency-based interview skills.
- Results-oriented, self-managed work approach with strong goal-setting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, impeccable spelling and writing.
- Strong customer service focus.
- English proficiency.
- Must reside in Actual León and have the availability to travel.
