**Advanced Operating System Specialist**
Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de Advanced Operating System Specialist para integrarse a nuestro Industrial Engineering departamento del Grupo Marquardt en nuestra locación Irapuato (Mexico).
**Responsabilidades**
- Support launch phase of new lines perfoming, task force meetings, E4SOP, Kaizen events, etc.
- Perfoming CIP saving projects
- Performing general Best Practice deployment at MXM
- Performing MLA projects to increase MOS maturity level
- Supporting launching of new MDA on 2025
- Rollout and follow up new Digilean platform for MEP OP meetings
- Follow up to implement MIP ideas with and without savings
- Training of onboarding employes in MOS, lean and six sigma tools
- Training of current employees in continuous improvement tools.
- Performing of kaizen workshops (task force, E4SOP, VSM, etc)




- Leading plant to increase 5´s maturity level.
- Supporting problem solving analysis to APU teams
**Requisitos minímos**
- Problem solving skills (A3, ishikawa, 8D´s, K&T;).
- Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Knowledge and experience in six sigma tools.
- Line balancing knowledge and experience.
- Experience as internal trainer
- Able to use Minitab.
- Able to use SAP.Able to use Excel and office tools.
