**What You’ll Do**
As a Senior Designer on the Experience Design team, you will work in a collaborative team environment to create developer-ready designs for individual user stories for complex products. Your designs adhere to best-of-industry usability and accessibility standards while elevating the aesthetic quality of the user interface and product experience.
You will grow in your ability to participate in workshops and create materials to help in their facilitation, as well as deliverables according to workshop results, such as flow diagrams and information architecture.
You will use your advanced knowledge of interaction and visual design to create wireframes, UI design, and product prototypes.
You have experience with a range of design tools and know when to use each tool effectively to create design deliverables.
**What You’ll Bring**
Senior Designers at Slalom Build bring strong design skills in UI, visual design, and prototyping. They have experience working with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of their solutions and have experience participating in stakeholder-validation and user-testing sessions to drive iteration and product evolution.
You will leverage your experience and self-management to independently execute tasks with mínimal direction to help solve complex business problems through research and design. In collaboration with other capabilities, you will define the design direction for a product and break larger problems down into smaller ones. In order to meet these expectations, you will need to possess:
- Fluency in modern product design software (Sketch, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Ability to create flow diagrams, wireframes, and information architecture deliverables
- Experience participating in workshops to drive user research and product validation
- A portfolio demonstrating breadth, creativity, process, and innovation across multiple technologies such as web, native, voice, and/or mixed reality
