**Are you the new customer focused Field Service Expert for Valmet’s Automation Business line?**:
Valmet is where talented professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds come together to serve the customer. We're looking for a professional to join our team and serve as the Valmet representative supporting the Valmet Automation systems in the **Mexico**territory.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will work with our customers and your service team to provide services the customer has ordered. You will be performing the following: commissioning of new measurement equipment, preventive maintenance of the equipment and performing general service work. All while promoting service contracts, service upgrades, training and other service solutions that provide a value to the customer.
In this role, you will be servicing Valmet's Automation equipment, which is equipment that measures and analyzes some product quality at the customer’s pulp/paper mill locations. The equipment utilizes the following: electricity, electronic boards, small valves, gaskets, network products, tubing, actuators, sensors, hand held configuration terminals, bearings, cabling, computers, pneumatics, water and air.
**What You'll Need**:




- Electrical and/or electronic knowledge is a requirement (Electro
- Mechanical combined skill set is preferred).
- Pulp and Paper experience is a plus.
- Previous field service experience is a plus on DCS systems, measurement systems or analytical type equipment utilizing electronic / electrical and mechanical skills.
**The location preference for this position will be in the Mexico City or Puebla regions.**
Travel is required.
