Education Minimum Academic Level
Bachelor's degree. Specialty or area of study: Engineering or Economic-Administrative fields. Desirable additional courses: Leadership, Project Management, etc. Experience Minimum 3-5 years in similar roles. Experience in these sectors: Automotive, Electronics, Manufacturing. Experience in materials management, mainly in raw material purchasing, follow-up with national and international suppliers, knowledge of planning, production and inventory, and follow-up with warehouse and accounts payable. Experience using key ERP systems or tools, SAP preferred.

Technical Knowledge
Proficiency in Excel intermediate to advanced, PowerPoint, etc. General knowledge of ISO standards, NOM, and local regulations.



General knowledge of supply chain processes, purchasing, logistics, inventory, finance, and customer service.

Languages Required
English (intermediate or advanced level).

Main Responsibilities
- Placing raw material purchase orders according to the forecast and production plan.
- Updating prices and dates on purchase orders.
- Following up on confirmations and deliveries with the supplier.
- Coordinating with logistics and warehouse for material collection, entry, and release to ensure supply for the production lines.
- Escalating issues with internal clients (supply chain) and suppliers for any impacts on the supply
