Slalom Mexico is looking for self-driven and curious individuals that have a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems. We are seeking early career professionals, interested in developing skills in the consulting industry. This role will work with a team, focused on project management, process/ operations, and business analysis work.
**What You’ll Do**
- Verify scope and stakeholder involvement during program intake and build requirements gathering plan
- Submit business requirements and business and development teams and draft test plans with engineering teams
- Communicate effectively across multiple teams and levels
- Trace back requirements to ensure all objectives have been met
- Create and/or deliver status reports of business requirements on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate closely with program/delivery leaders and technical teams to support project deliverables
**What You’ll Bring**
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.
- Experience in documentation and creating clear, actionable business requirements.




- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with business owners, leadership, and technical teams.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments activities or projects
- Proven track record of managing and delivering business requirements on time and within scope.
- Experience with cloud migrations, preferably with Azure
