**About the Role**
We’re partnering with a B2B media company on a mission to empower decision-makers through premium, intelligence-driven content and data. We are seeking a **Graphic Designer** to support our content and marketing teams on a part-time, project-based contract.
This opportunity is **ideal for professionals who are juggling other freelance projects or even a full-time job**, as long as they can consistently dedicate **20 hours per week**. The role offers flexibility in terms of working hours — no need to follow a fixed daily schedule, as long as deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop graphics based on creative briefs and job requirements.
- Create technical illustrations, charts, and multi-page documents (conference programs, brochures, etc.).
- Develop PowerPoint templates and large-format event graphics.
- Adapt existing assets for various formats and update templates.
- Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.




- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, Art Director, and Director of Production.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback.
- Prepare final assets for print or digital delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of **2 years of recent experience** in graphic design for both print and digital formats.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, layout, and typography skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for design-related tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Availability to work **Monday through Friday** (no specific shift, just reliable availability to meet deadlines).
