**Junior Operations - Sales Support**:

Scope: Full time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid
This role plays a key role in the Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery Model, offering early and direct access to clients. They have direct interactions with clients to ensure better end-to-end accountability for the respective quote process.
**How a day-to-day would look like in this role**
- Scoping, client query handling (on-catalogue) and quote creation through SoftwareOne Delivery CRM (OneWorkplace).
- Non-strategic renewal management (on-catalogue).
- Vendor engagement (on-catalogue).
**Performance KPIs**
- Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance.
- Win rate quote to order.
- Number of cases.
What we need to see from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, international affairs or related fields.
- Excellent English Skills (B2+ level: Written & Verbal).
- Preferred 1 years’ experience Customer service experience.
- PC proficiency, and MS Office knowledge.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
- Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow).
- Understanding of software licensing models, cloud services, and SaaS procurement.

Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)/category expertise
Understanding of business problems and respective software solutions
Strong verbal and written communication.
