Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Systems Analyst and Development_ _located in _Guadalajara, North_._
- Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, Business Systems Analyst and Development role will be responsible for requirements analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and contributing to development tasks. This position bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring successful project execution and system enhancements._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Research complex business problems to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement._
- _ Analyze user needs to design cost-effective systems and procedures aligned with business goals._
- _ Research, design, and test new systems or enhancements to meet site business or customer requirements._
- _ Supervise the implementation of system improvements to ensure alignment with organizational standards._
- _ Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, maintaining smooth operations._
- _ Provide technical expertise and consultation to stakeholders regarding automated systems._
- _ Execute and support General IT projects, ensuring deliverables meet established timelines and expectations._




- _ Monitor implemented systems for efficiency and identify opportunities for further enhancement._
- _ Stay updated with industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for improving processes and systems._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Strong understanding of project lifecycle stages_
- _ Proficiency with Visual Studio for software development._
- _ Expertise in.Net Full Stack Development._
- _ Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies for project management._
- _ Experience working with IIS (Internet Information Services) for managing web services._
- _ Proficiency in SQL for database management (Must)._
- _ Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams_
- _ Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively._
- _ Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project (preferred)._
- _ Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively._
- _ Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or MCSD (preferred but not mandatory)._
- _ Familiarity with Azure development methodology (preferred but not mandatory)._
