Position:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Appointment Setter to join our expanding team. You will play a key role in generating new opportunities by making outbound cold calls to potential clients, engaging prospects, and setting appointments for our sales executives.
Schedule:
- Adaptable evening shifts between 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM Mexico City time (CST) Flexible
- Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospects from our lead lists.
- Build rapport and engage potential clients.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our closing team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed weekly performance targets.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Sales-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
- Fast thinker with the ability to improvise
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
- Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
- Previous experience in sales, call centers, or appointment setting is a plus - but not required.

Pay: Up to $25,000.00 per month
