**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage ABAP development tasks in SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables
- Design and implement solutions using ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP), AMDP, CDS Views, and BOPF
- Develop seamless integrations using SAP IDOCs, Webservices, SAP Gateway, and OData services (V2 & V4)
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient technical designs
- Guide team members in implementing best coding practices, performance tuning, and runtime optimization
- Use ABAP Test Cockpit, Runtime Analysis Tools, and other techniques to ensure code quality and performance
- Oversee SAP Fiori development, leveraging Fiori elements, Smart Templates, and Business Application Studio
- Provide technical expertise for SAP Business Technology Platform implementations and enhancements
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution in SAP landscapes
- Work with ABAP ADT (Eclipse) and SAP ABAP Workbench for efficient development processes
- Ensure compliance with design standards and local delivery decisions for international project teams
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on S/4HANA technologies
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in ABAP programming, including ABAP OO and Design Patterns
- Strong skills in SAP S/4HANA development, such as CDS Views, BOPF, AMDPs, and new ABAP Syntaxes
- Proficiency in RESTful Programming (RAP) and OData services (V2 & V4)
- Competency in working with SAP IDOCs, SAP NetWeaver Gateway, and various integration technologies
- Showcase of SAP Fiori development using Smart Templates, Fiori elements, and Business Application Studio
- Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform and tools for advanced development practices
- Knowledge of ABAP Test Cockpit, Performance Tuning Techniques, Runtime Analysis Tools




- Basic understanding of SAP functional areas and the ability to align with business processes
- Proven track record of working independently and within international project teams
- Flexibility to use IDEs like ABAP Workbench and Eclipse (ABAP ADT)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
