**Dispatcher Duties and Responsabilities**:
- Answering calls from clients and logging all incoming activity accurately
- Dispatching security officers to sites according to client requests, immediate needs, or scheduled rounds
- Monitoring the real-time GPS location of guards to ensure they are present at their designated posts and performing the appropriate patrols
- Maintaining communication with guards and company personnel




- Speaking with supervisors or clients to resolve issues, service requests, or incidents
- Documenting and organizing guard activity reports, client requests, incident details, and shift coverage
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed, calls handled, and any client communication
