**About this opportunity**:
**What you will do**:
- Manage workforce to ensure first-time-right performance.
- Drive change management initiatives and identify improvement opportunities through continuous measurement.
- Uphold adherence to processes, regulations, and tools, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Set up and oversee acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to ensure timely reciprocation.
- Report on progress and deviations, providing inputs to workforce and cost management.
- Assure the quality of implementation work and adherence to Ericsson and customer directives and standards.
**The skills you bring**:
- Fluent English - Clear and fluent communication is critical for team coordination, client interactions, and understanding tasks or requirements.
- Good recent experience in RAN projects.
- Understanding about RAN integration process (scripting, sites scheduling, integration process)
- Be open to rotate between Day shift




- Late shift - Night shift (Low possibility) and on demand - Weekend support
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and embrace new challenges
- Communication skills
- Stakeholder Management.
- Workforce Management.
