**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **SAP Basis Administrator II** to join our Information Technology team. This role is responsible for daily operational support of the SAP environment and interfaces, ensuring system stability, performance, and lifecycle management. The administrator will work closely with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business requirements and IT strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Plan and execute installations, patches, upgrades, and system refreshes.
- Monitor and maintain SAP workloads, batch processes, and background activities.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues with SAP Cloud Connector, message servers, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and technical documentation.
- Support automation initiatives with tools like Ansible and Node Red.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze requirements and deliver compliant technical solutions.
- Participate in maintenance, testing, and contingency planning for SAP environments.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,



or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 8-10 years of overall IT experience, with 5-8 years in SAP Basis administration.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL and SAP HANA databases.
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Ability to manage Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
**Preferred Skills**
- SharePoint administration experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise content management systems connected to SAP via ArchiveLink.
**Additional Information**
- Travel requirement: up to 10%.
