Responsibilities

Supervise the activities of Receiving, Storage and Shipping of Finished Product

Coordinate the activities related to the 5S program

Supervise the correct follow-up of C-TPAT and OAS rules and protocols

Supervise and coordinate the functions of the area's personnel

Supervise the correct use, operation and maintenance of tools/equipment

Update the department's metric control

Organize information meetings for warehouse floor personnel

Authorize permits and vacations for warehouse floor personnel

Coordinate the program for sending shipments to customers

Coordinate the cycle counting program

Coordinate and supervise general inventory activities

Supervise the rework process for placing lamps





Coordinate the maintenance and repair service of equipment

Validate the correct FIFO control of the finished product

Coordinate the training and development program for floor personnel

Qualifications

Experience in shipping Warehouse Activities 3 a 5 years of experience.

Advanced knowledge of mathematics, Knowledge of MS Office Excel.

Knowledge of ERP systems.

Teamwork, Leadership Communication skills.

English 60% or conversational.

Engineering or bachelor degree.
