Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate global suppliers to ensure best cost, quality, and delivery performance
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
Review engineering drawings and specifications to determine procurement needs
Manage procurement process from RFQ to purchase order issuance and delivery tracking
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet project timelines
Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies
Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
Support new product introductions and localization of parts
**Requirements**:




Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
2-4 years of experience in procurement, integral sourcing, or supply chain
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Knowledge of international trade regulations is a plus
